400ml pour at the brewery in Bologna. Reviewing and scoring as a Session IPA.
Clear, honey-gold, about a finger of frothy head. Moderate to light carbonation. Smell is grassy, spicy rye, light floral notes. Some grain husk. Taste is more on the grain side than hop side. More pale ale than IPA, but nice flavor. Grain husk, nuts, rye spice. Moderate sweetness in the form of grain tea. Mouthfeel is thin, slighlty watery, smooth, hint of cotton. Overall, tasty and good.
