Odd this one to figure out. They have 573 beers listed on UnTappd and 54,000 Check-ins, but no website that talks about their brewing. The pub is on the distillery website and it shows they serve beer; probably eight taps. Their food menu looks like good pub food, but not a gastropub in my book. But certainly they are getting by on the tourist trade. I can't give them more than good Overall Hugs for all that.
This Hefe is average across the board. While among the 573, This Hefe is still their pub's tap list. Yet, I get only a modest banana or clove in my nose. Not a particularly active yeast. Balanced, but not distinct. Light-mouthed in a light style. One and done.

Poured from a 473ml can.
Appearance - Pours a hazy amber with four fingers of bubbly white head.
Smell - earthy, leafy, floral, and spicy hops, clove, coriander, spicy yeast, bubblegum notes, and bready malts.
Taste - mild earthy, leafy, floral, and spicy hops upfront. The clove and coriander are there but not as pronounced like in the aroma. The brew is finished off by the bubblegum notes and bready malts.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Finishes crisp with the malts and mild hops and mild spices lingering.
Overall - A sessionable hefe that could use some more oomph from the hops and spices to make it more of a standout but nonetheless an approachable brew.

A: golden amber. Not cloudy.
S: banana, bubblegum, but not sticky sweet...nicely balanced and restrained
T: fresh, bright, broad, complex. I don't get much spice or clove. Drying on the finish.. More crisp and tangy than bitter... Nice maltiness to balance it all. Delicious!
M: medium bodied; medium carbonation.
O: a wonderful beer that makes me want to have sip after sip. Beautifully balanced, giving us a taste "banana/bubblegum" but not going to far. Yet another winner from a brewery you can trust with almost every beer. Wish I had discovered it earlier in the summer!

Moon Under Water Brewpub 'This is Hefeweizen' @ 5.5% , served from a 650 ml bottle purchased for $6.50
A-pour is a pale gold from the bottle to a slight hazy gold in the glass with a small white head that is leaving a minimal lace along the weizen glass
S-mellow hints's of banana & clove
T-tangy sweet start with a slight bitter swallow
MF-ok/meduim carbonation , average medium body
Ov-ok take on a German summer beer , give Hoyne's Summer Haze Honey Hefe a go if your trying/looking for similar local brews
