After 6 months of drinking this tasty smooth Bock, I can cast a "thumbs up" vote. Not too heavy and not bitter.

On tap into a Shaker Pint. It was crystal clear and amber-orange. A thin off white head with minimal foam or lacing. Sweet malt on the nose. Subtle spice and pumpkin. The taste was very similar. A really pleasant spicy quality to the malt. Clean lager with no yeast or off flavors. A mild floral hop bitterness. Medium bodied.

On tap at Dalton. Pours light brown with white head and nice lacing. Aroma is of caramel and hint of hops. Body is medium and smooth. Taste is of caramel malt, some coffee and herbal hops. Finish is long, sweet first then becomes dry. OK brew.
