Color: Gold with light activity.
Head: Light creamy half a finger.
Legs: Good.
Smell: Spruce (sapin baumier).
Taste: Pine/Herbal/Caramel.
Feel: Piney/Flowery/Light barnyard/Bready.
Body: Medium to full, too much oily.
Carbonation: Moderate, a bit dull.
Overall: More like a pale ale than Saison, too much maillard reaction. Okay quality.
