This wheat is a very confused brew. I was not sure whether I was drinking a pilsner or a wheat ale. The color was golden and only slightly hazy. The aroma was distinctly pilsneresque with only late hints of banana. The flavor solidified the pilsner character of the brew and the latent banana flavor was barely distinguishable. The finish is dry and crisp.
