Pours the same dark brown/black as the base but with less than a finger of khaki head.
Upon opening the blueberry aroma jumped out and smacked me before I could pour it, fresh whole berries. Roasty malts are there as well as some vanilla.
Taste follows, loaded with blueberry. Roasty malts, chocolate, vanilla. If I could imagine a chocolate blueberry milkshake this would be it.
Medium to full body with good carb level. Smooth and creamy.
Overall I enjoyed this one. I don't typically seek out the fruited sours but this one was good.

16 ounce can into tulip glass, best before 7/22/2019. Pours opaque dark brown/black color with a 1-2 finger dense and rocky khaki head with fantastic retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lasts. Thick soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of big juicy/lightly tart/tangy blueberries, fruit skin, milk/dark chocolate, cocoa, coffee, caramel, maple syrup, brown sugar, vanilla, cream, toffee, marshmallow, nuts, and toasted dark/brown bread; with light notes of molasses, dark fruit, smoke, char, herbal, grass, pepper, and yeast/roast/toasted earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of blueberries, lactose, cocoa, dark/roast/bready malt, and light earthy hop notes; with great strength. Taste of big juicy/lightly tart/tangy blueberries, fruit skin, milk/dark chocolate, cocoa, coffee, caramel, maple syrup, brown sugar, vanilla, cream, toffee, marshmallow, nuts, and toasted dark/brown bread; with light notes of molasses, dark fruit, smoke, char, herbal, grass, pepper, and yeast/roast/toasted earthiness. Light herbal, grassy, spicy hop; and roast/char bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of blueberries, fruit skin, milk/dark chocolate, cocoa, coffee, caramel, maple syrup, brown sugar, vanilla, cream, toffee, marshmallow, nuts, toasted dark/brown bread, molasses, dark fruit, smoke, char, herbal, grass, pepper, and yeast/roast/toasted earthiness on the finish for a while. Awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of blueberries, lactose, cocoa, dark/roast/bready malt, and light earthy hop flavors; with a great roast/hop bitter/sweet balance; and no cloying, acrid, astringent flavors after the finish. Lightly increasing dryness from lingering hop/char bitterness. Medium carbonation and medium-full body; with a very smooth, creamy/silky/bready, and lightly sticky/chalky/tangy mouthfeel that is great. Minimal warming alcohol for 8.2%. Overall this is an awesome fruited imperial milk stout! All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of blueberries, lactose, cocoa, dark/roast/bready malt, and light earthy hop flavors; very smooth and dangerously easy to drink for the ABV, with the mellowly bitter/drying finish. Awesome balance of authentic blueberries, lactose, cocoa, and rich malt complexity; with solid earthy hop balance. Not overly sweet/heavy from lingering dryness. A really enjoyable offering, and spot on style example as expected. Just as impressive as the base beer, but richer and more complex.

Very nice Stout! Poured from can to tulip glass. Aroma is just like pancake batter and fresh blueberries. Flavor is a splash of Blueberry flavor, sweet cream, bread, cocoa. Somehow the roasty malt flavor is missing but it still works. Quite a fantastic (if thin) Stout from Rochester Mills.

2018 stout pack. I haven't had all 12 yet, but I can confidently say that this one is the best of the bunch.

Huuuuuuge amounts of blueberry in the nose. Blueberry dominates the taste along with some mild chocolate bitterness, and something resembling like a sweet bread taste? Almost like a pancake lol. Unfortunately, the body is still a bit thin, despite it being an 8.2% imperial stout. But unlike the regular version, this one is much better. Even though the body is thin, it is definitely not as thin as the other stouts in this pack, which only adds to how great this one is.

Despite the body being thin, this was fantastic. Smells absolutely fantastic, and tastes really good too. Definitely the best stout I've had in the pack, and from Rochester Mills.

Pours dark brown. Foamy, short tan head that is short lived

Smells ripe blueberry, caramel, vanilla and roasted malt.

Tastes sweet blueberry, caramel, vanilla, chocolate and light char. Finish is semi dry with a blueberry linger. Medium body and smooth medium carbonation.
