Yellow body like a Pilsener, no caronation visible in this drafted brew. Thick fine white foam of a finger that is pretty stable and leaves lacing.
Not much in the aroma department. Belgian pale malt and fruitiness, apricot and red banana.
Pale malt again in the taste. Some wheat sour taste moving into the name giving zestiness rather from orange than grapefruit. Ends dry with the zest also lingering. No alcohol.
Medium body, very drinkable, alcohol perceived much lower than actual Abv, though there is some heat to it.
Dangerously drinkable Imperial Saison (Belgian strong ale?). If you grave zest in an (Imperial) Dry Saison environment rather than with a overwhelming bitterness of an American IPA, this is your brew.
