Poured into a pint glass..had at the brewery
Appearance: orange-brown in color, minimal head, clear, moderate carbonation
Smell: toffee and citrus hops
Taste: sweet toffee start that gives way to juicy citrus hops followed by piney hops
Mouthfeel: medium-light bodied, moderate carbonation, bitter with light sweetness in the background
Overall: This is an average to better than average ESB. One that is worth a try but there are better offerings from this brewery and in this style. Those who love hoppy beers will probably like this a bit more than me.
