Pale yellow. slightly hazy with a white, 3/4 inch. Fine bubbles, very slightly effervescent. The smell is mild with funky, barn-yardy, straw-like overtones. Funky, slightly sour, very little hop character. Flavors linger without being cloying \, very pleasant. Could use slightly more carbonation. Unique and tasty.

On tap at Haven Gastropub in Pasadena, CA.
Pours a hazy yellow with a foamy off-white head that settles to a film on top of the beer. Foamy swaths of lace form around the glass on the drink down. Smell is of malt, grain, floral, spice, and yeast aromas. Taste is much the same with floral and spice flavors on the finish. There is a mild amount of spice bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp and medium bodied mouthfeel. Overall, this is a pretty good beer with some interesting aromas and flavors.

Interesting. Interesting like the girl dishwasher that just walked in front of Raul. I mean, have you ever seen a female dishwasher? Hot at that? So, yeah... Spicy, spunky, a minuscule of tart... And leading Raul to want more.
