Pours a murky, slightly pink ginger ale color. Active, soda-like carbonation that you can hear. Big white head that vanishes into a few wispy clouds around the edges. Smells like your standard-issue hefe, but does not taste it. The grapefruit has imparted this with a sour quality that I didn't expect. It's not going to pucker your lips or anything, but it's there and I like it. The mouthfeel is just a little overly carbonated for my tastes, but this is a well-made beer that I intend to return to.
