We got together with our buddies over at Rising River Brewing and collabed on something super fresh for ya!
We took both of our flagship West Coast Style IPAs, Dulachan and Wild Skys, mashed them up, made it bigger, and put a little twist on it. It’s as if they met and had a baby, this would be what they birthed.
10 Bones More For A Quarter was mash hopped with Czech Saaz before being aggressively hopped with Centennial, Columbus, Amarillo, and Simcoe throughout the boil and whirlpool. Then fermented with a Thiolized yeast strain (It’s this thing like El Niño, actually very scientific, we won’t go into it right now) for some added dankness. A copious dry hop of Mosaic, Amarillo, Citra, and Simcoe makes you just wanna shove it up your nose to have that smell all day. Wafting with pungent old school dankness, and bursting with bright citrusy pine and tropical fruit esters. At 8.3% ABV it carries an assertive bitterness upfront that’s balanced with a smooth finish, and only 10 Bones More For A Quarter!
