The biggest of the Styrian Hop series trio at 8.9% ABV, this version of Cardinal Of Wood Island got the DDH treatment of its namesake Slovenian grown Styrian Cardinal hops to truly showcase its character. It’s accompanied by the New Zealand grown Rakau, and classic American grown Amarillo to create a truly unique and distinctive profile. Together these boast notes of sweet mango and citrus, and a medley of stone and orchard fruits.
