To some very close to the brewery this one has been a long time coming, our first take on a tradition Hefeweizen Style brew.
We started with a very simple grist to push a light and bright take on the style. The use of a classic German Hefe yeast creates an inviting stable haze, and brings intensely expressive notes of banana, bubblegum, lemon citrus, and subtle clove spice. It’s finally carbonated on the higher end of the scale for an airy effervescence and spritz like drinkability, and topped off with a lemon for maximum refreshment. It’s a thirst quencher for sure!
