Enjoyed at the brewery.
A - Poured into a rising tide tulip a hazy gold with a thin white head that fades to leave thin wisps and light halo.
S - Aromas of wheat, coriander, tart lactic acid and citrus peel. Light hop presence. Very nice salt notes. Very nice sour and almost wild note.
T - Taste is similar to the nose, decent amount of wheat and coriander. The citrus peel is very nice with a very tart and tasty wild note going on. The finish though is a bit jumbled.
M - Mouthfeel is brightly carbonated, crisp. The finish is very flemmy though.
O - Overall this beer was rather tasty, not sure what hop they used but that combined with the nice salt really works. Not quite as good as a de garde gose, however, if this was bottled I'd buy it.

4 oz. tasting glass at the brewery. Server described it as an "experimental sour" and a "gose gone wild."
Appearance: Cloudy copper with a ring of eggshell film.
Aroma: Smells sour and tart. Lemons, too.
Taste: Very lemon-heavy taste, with salt in the background. Tart and sour with a slightly salty backbone.
Mouthfeel: Fairly light, but a touch heavier than the average gose.
Overall: Pretty good sour, salty beer. Worth trying in a flight, as I did.
