10 oz. on tap at the brewery.
Appearance: Pours a surprisingly clear straw with a crown of white bubbles. Chalkboard says "Belgian wheat ale with spices." Also called "As You Wish." Points for the Princess Bride reference.
Aroma: Wheat, lemon, orange peel, some faint adjunct type aroma like corn or maybe rice.
Taste: Classic wheat beer flavor with a tiny touch of adjunct, at least to me. Lemon and wheat dominate. Maybe a little honey.
Mouthfeel: Light and summery.
Overall: Third in RT's Sputnik series, which seems to be kind of a free style enterprise. I like it. Tasty, refreshing summery wheat ale.
