Listed here as a 4.9% lambic.
Listed at the brewery as a 6.3%, and they're calling it a "Spontaneously Fermented Ale" (difference?).
Pretty, hazy yellow.
Frothy, snowy white head; some that stays. Minimal lacing. Beautiful grassy, sour aroma.
Taste is yeast funk, lemon, pear. A touch more hop bitterness than I expected, but works well here.
A bit thin for my taste. Begs for a tad more grain /malt balance, but opens up very nicely as it warms a bit. My favorite so far from this brewery.
Very solid beer.
