Draft at the brewery
No real head, clear light pilsner color
Nose light sour tart fruity, bit of acidity, cracker malt, lemon cereal
Taste mild tartness, lemon zest into doughy cracker malt, little bread, candied dried lemon, light acidity, weird creamy lacto thing
Mouth is med to lighter bod, light carb, Lyle flemmy lacto
Overall ok but not great

Enjoyed on tap at the brewery today.
A - Poured a nice crystal clear golden hue with a thin white head that fades to leave no real head.
S - Aromas of light tart lemon peel and crackers. Good bright acidity.
T - Taste is similar to the nose with loads of crackers and dough. Good lemons and citrus. Light herbal note from the sumac.
M - Mouthfeel is lightly carbonated, body was rather thin.
O - Overall this was a solid enough sour with decent lemon and almost herbal notes.
