Canned 01/24/20.
This was poured into an English pint glass.
The appearance was a semi-hazy chilly orange woody color. A two finger sheet of white foamy head held on for a good deal of time before gently shying away to leave some caked foamy lace all around my glass.
The aroma had semi-sweet to bitter Mosaic hops smoothing out along a clean biscuity malt. Bright lemon juicy and grassy notes run into each other very nicely.
The flavor moderates extremely nice between the lemon to orange notes - subtle zestiness, good sweetness and an ample bitterness balancing awesomely. Subtle zesty to sweet and bitter aftertaste with lemon and grassy notes.
The mouthfeel was about medium bodied with a fair sessionability about it. Good carbonation and some bitter harshness scraping my tongue appropriately. Semi-dry and zesty lemon to orange finish.
Overall, a very nicely done IPA done up with Mosaic hops! Well worthy of coming back to.
