Smooth, sweetish, a bit buttery; it's approachable to the point of being a little one-dimensional (not a bad thing). Faint dryness at the end with some subtle nearly-fruity notes. I prefer Rising Tide's Pilsner, Vienna lager and copper ale, but this is pretty good too.

Canned 2022/02/22
Pours a foamy fizzy 1/2 finger head with med retention, no lacing, crystal clear tan to golden straw blonde color
Nose big malt, grainy sweet pilsner, straw, cereal, a bit on the sweet side with a little cake batter, vanilla cake and a little corn, very light floral hop
Taste cereal grain, grainy sweet pilsner malt, straw, bread dough with some sweetness but not enough to push it to cake batter, little cereal, a touch of malt depth but not likely decoction mash, a touch of herbal floral hop, light bitterness, finishes dry with a med spicy crisp bitterness
Mouth is med to lighter bod, med to lighter carb, soft lager
Overall actually pretty good for a Helles, for an American made one it hits most of the right notes, a bit sweet on the nose, and little flat, lacking decoction mash malt depth, but otherwise nice
