Pale gold pour that looks like a white wine with large bubbly white head. Clear liquid that maintained its cap. Billed as a "sour saison" there is a tart fruit aroma. Moderate sour apple flavors with dry sour finish. Crisp, dry light mouthfeel with lots of carbonation. Overall clean, dry and good sour linger.
