On tap for the 1st Avondale Estates Anniversary. Some quick notes on the brew while enjoying myself and some good company.
Appearance: Deep brown, no head.
Aroma/Flavor: Medium acidity, with big notes of oak and red wine. Tropical funk, mix I imagine comes from the Brett, possibly tequila barrel?
Mouthfeel: Medium light, acidity wipes away any lingering flavor. Virtually no booze.
If this is a sign of things to come from their sour program. We're in for a treat Georgia.
