A collaboration with the UK brewery Little Monster. Although this is labelled a double IPA, this is really a sour- it's made with Prickly Pear cactus juice which gives it a pink color upon pouring, and comes off as quite fruity and tart in both aroma and taste. Not bad, but not what I was expecting when opening an Imperial IPA.
