September 2023. Heartwell. Nothing special about it a little sweet, authentic German once much better wouldn’t buy this one again go with the real deal.

Appearance: Clear, light amber, Fluffy off white head with good retention.
Aroma: Low floral and bready malt. Slight fruity ester.
Flavor: Light toasted bread and caramel. Low to moderate bitterness.
Mouthfeel: Light to medium bodied
Overall: This Marzen drinks much lighter than most. Has a fruity ester and flavor note. Light bread and caramel flavor but lacks the complexity of a good Marzen. Mediocre.
