This barrel aged (Chardonnay & Tequila) strong ale with lemon zest, raisins and dates was intended to be their 10th anniversary offering, but due to 2020 circumstances, "thanks, spike proteins!" it was release in 2021. I had cellared this beer and opened in 2023. It had a very Chardonnay forward smell and taste. Too much for my palate but I enjoyed the effort and would probably not have a second.
