Straw yellow in color with a hazy complexion. There’s a fingernail of dishwater white around most of the rim and a quarter of the top. I smell the earthy saison yeast and a hint of lemon. I’m tasting earthy saison yeast, lemon, and lactic acid. The mouth is moderately carbonated, cool and crisp.

Clear light yellow color with white cap and lacing.
Slightly tart lemony aroma.
Taste is very mild, a bit tart, a bit of lemon as well, the word flowery keeps coming to mind. I don't really get grain or hops in any significant amount, just mild citrus with flowery touches.
Mild texture with balancing carbonation.
As it warms the taste is a bit sharper but the mild flavors really don't change. Altogether it's a Spring/Summer sort of thing that is refreshing.

BEST BY 2.28.2019.
Appearance: Pours a lightly cloudy, milky, pale yellow body with half an inch of loose, airy, white foam.
Smell: Floral with a twinge of orange, roundly lactic and housing a smooth tone of creamy wheat and a couple drops of honey.
Taste: It's lactic and tangy from the get-go. Crustless bread, light wheat and still hinting, just a bit, of honey. Softly spicy, in part from the saison yeast, in part from the hops. Splash of mineral water, a hint of orange marmalade. The lactic quality prevails through the crispish finish.
Mouthfeel: Medium-thin body. Medium-plus carbonation.
Overall: At first, I was keen on learning of its lactic quality, but quickly found it a bit much, wishing instead it was more a background complexity, a welcome nuance. As it stands, it's pretty much the principal taste, feeling more like your typical base kettle sour.

On tap at the Atlanta Brew Lab pub.
Pours with a clear, pale golden body that has excellent clarity. The creamy, durable white head and lacing are also excellent.
Aroma: funky, floral and suggestive of soap.
with a harmonious mix of grains and hops. Moderately tart and mildly bitter with Brett evident.
