What does Blumenau´s third microbrewery have in store with it´s flagship beer? On-tap at a place called `Tip Tim´ for R$3 at 350 ml (for comparison purposes, Coca-Cola went for R$2.50 for a 350 ml can). On to the beer:
Things are looking rather pale with it´s pale yellow color. The head retention is nothing to shout about, it drops quickly to a thin lace, no lacing on this one. It has a perfumy vanilla and honey aroma, but the intensities are very small. Based on the first two cateogries, it makes you think there´s less alcohol in this beer than others.
It´s a good thing there are no off-flavors in this one, because the overall flavor in this beer is very light. I can make out graham cracker from the taste. It´s dissapoiningly watery with a very light weight. It´s drinkable, yes, but not for an extended period.
For a brewery that´s German inspired, I´m dissapointed with this offering. Good thing Eisenbahn and Bierland are around in Blumenau.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
