I had this beer on-tap in a dimpled mug at the Dunajská location of the brewery.
Appearance: medium golden hue with a light haze and two fingers of creamy ivory foam atop. A beautiful pour.
Smell: aroma is yeasty with a light dose of sweetish malt. It’s got a rather low volume, though.
Taste: malt has a nice rich flavor and strikes a good balance between sweetness and the crisp hops. Sweeter than I’m used to a pilsner being, but damn if this isn’t a good beer.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a good carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: boy, they sure know how to make lagers in this part of the world! Crisp and delicious.

This is a superb Czech pils. Super fresh tank beer with a full body and flavor yet drank so smoothly and easily. Could drink this by the liter. Paired well with their food. Great price at €2.90 for a 0.5L pour. Slovak beer is obviously quite similar to Czech beer and you can taste it at this brewpub.
