On-tap at Cascade Brewing Barrel House, Portland, OR
A: The beer is a little hazy yellow in color and has a slight amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a collar of white bubbles around the edge of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of lime peels and juniper berries are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell, except that the limes are a little stronger and there are also notes of wine. The only sourness is from the limes.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is interesting, particularly the smell with the mix of juniper berries and limes.

Lots of lime peel, juniper gin thing, preserved lime.
