A: Moderate cherries, light citrus (lemon and orange), slightly salty with a light bit of vinegar. As the beer warms up a touch, the cherries cover any offness, and light wood.
A: Golden color, totally clear, with an ample dense head that has solid retention. There is lots of lacing in the glass.
T: Moderate juicy cherries, coupled with some light citrus (lemon and orange), slightly salty, with a moderately sharp lingering sourness.
M: Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. There is a bright, moderate but pleasing acidity.
O: Solid; the beer has a light acetone in the aroma that seems to subside as the beer warms up a bit. Overall, interesting and tasty.

Served On-Tap
A — Pours a clear and bright light wheat hued yellow into the glass. There is a nice white head initially, but it fades and doesn't leave much behind.
S — Smells nice and fruity, a bit of apple, lemon, lime, white grape, orange, grapefruit, cherry, vinegar, bit of salt.
T — Tastes quite vinous and tannic, very much a barrel showcase, there are nice fruit notes of orange peel, cherry, apple, white grape, lemon, and a bit of salinity.
M — Medium bodied, almost creamy, really refreshing.
O — Very nice overall, did not really know what to expect from this one, but it was really well done, of course.

Poured into a snifter, on draft at Cascade's draft house. This golden hued brew has a slight head and generous lacing. The nose is rich with ripe fruit and barnyard funk, and the taste follows suit with a bit of vinegar tossed in to boot. Very nice brew that I'm happy to have gotten to try while in Oregon. If you happen to get the chance, give this one a try - I think you'll like it. Cheers!
