Cascades very first dry hopped sour ale. Features our strong blonde ale aged in white wine barrels with Citra hops. Lively hop aromas of passionfruit, grapefruit, peach and tropical fruit are met with a brisk tartness and soft malt from the beer.

Live Barrel had at the Cascade Barrel Room.
Light bubbly head, murky bright orange color, light lacing.

Nose bright citra, orange and grapefruit pith, little zest, big buttery oak, vanilla orange, vinous I think?, floral zesty hops.

Taste tart little tangy tart orange, vanilla orange cream, little grapefruit pith, mango, tropical notes, bit buttery oak, tons of oak, white wine vinous again. Finish tangy tart, acidic bite, sticky, buttery oak, vanilla orange cream lingering.

Mouth med bod, decent carb, touch booze.
