No head, mostly clear, orange tan color.
Nose weird bready, buttery oak, vinous, fresh baked bread, dry tart berries, more like a starchy berry than fruity.
Taste very tart, buttery oak, vinous notes, super sour and acidic, tart berry, citrus almost, a fleshy peach like, touch pomegranate, apple skin. Finish very tart, sour fruity, flemmy acidic, fleshy.
Mouth med bod, fleshy, no real carb.
