2014 Edition -- Draft Oct, 2015
A: Lots of sweet lime upfront, however very little toasted malt (crust presence).
A: Golden color, almost clear, though slightly hazy with a light ring of head.
T: Lots of sweet lime flavor, very light malt flavors (hint of crust) and a touch of oak.
M: light bodied with light carbonation, sour but not overly sharp om the palette.
O: Enjoyable, lots of sweet (key) lime. Lime tends to turn bitter if too much is used, but this beer picks up a lot of sweet lime aroma and flavors without being overly bitter. However, I didn’t pick up very much pie crust characteristics in either the aroma.
