A: Some funkiness in the foreground with a sour finish.
A: Bright Gold color, quite clear with no head retention.
T: Big estery notes upfront redolent of stone fruit, particularly apricots – slightly citrusy finish.
M: soft, light bodied with high carbonation.
O: Pretty standard sour blonde - enjoyable on its own, but not outstanding. The ester profile works well for the apricot and even key lime.
