A: Moderate sour aroma with some light brett funk.
A: Golden color, somewhat hazy with a light ring of head retention.
T: Clean sour flavor upfront, followed by some grainy wheat flavor.
M: Light bodied with light carbonation, finishes quite dry.
O: Strongly reminds me a Berliner, very drinkable and refreshing. I can see how such a versatile base can lend itself to various fruits.
