Clear, golden color. Medium-sized, white head. Raspberries and wood in a slightly funky aroma. Sour taste with some astringency. A very good wild ale.

5 oz pour on tap. Aroma and flavors of tart raspberries, oak, vanilla, white wine, tannins, and leather. Very complex and quite easy to drink given the relatively high abv. Delicious.

750ml bottle
Poured into a wine glass. Not surprisingly, no head, doesn't mean I like that tho lol. Body is a burnt orange color, slightly darker than I was expecting, especially considering these are white raspberries. Looks to style.
Nose is fresh, bright raspberries. Tart, but also very juicy smelling. Notes of vinegar, acid. Green apple, peaches, and pears are surprisingly all present. Hard to pack that much detail into the nose. Not getting much in the way of oak. Smells really great, un offensive, fresh, and refreshing. If I had a better frame of reference for sours, I might give it a 5, but I don't drink too many of them.
Flavor is very bright and refreshing. The raspberries are certainly forward on the flavor. Green apple is very prominent. Not getting too much other fruits though. Maybe a touch of oak in the flavor. Packs a really nice zesty sourness, not over the top, but it is a sipper; I'm not too big on sours, but I know they can be overdone. Other than that, it's just a very clean beer (for the style). Very good, though the nose had more complexity.
The mouthfeel is very good. That zesty bite manifests in the mouthfeel as well. At first glance the carbonation seemed high, but when studying further, it's actually a moderate carbonation, but the way the sour flavors sit on my tongue, they dance around in a similar fashion. Body is very thin. Overall just very full of character and bite.
Drinkability isn't what I would call high, but that's fine.
Appearance didn't improve, not that I expected it to. I'll give it a middle of the road rating because sours aren't supposed to look super flashy, but I still don't think they look good in general.
Overall a very good beer with a great nose. Flavor is clean and tastes good. Mouthfeel does a lot of work for this beer, giving it that extra punch of character.

Poured from 750ml bottle into glass. No exact bottling date information found, although the front label features a '2016'.
Clear deep gold colored body (looks like apple juice). Fizzy white head stays around as a partial cap and ring. Just a few scattered spots of lacing left behind.
Aroma of sour raspberries, peaches, and pears. There is a musty quality here.
Tart and sour taste of raspberries, joined by grapes, peaches, and pears. Certainly no bitterness, but has an earthy funkiness. Dry finish, with an oak touch.
Medium mouth feel, with lots of fizziness felt in the mouth. Good carbonation.
Excellent sour aged in oak barrels, and the addition of raspberries. Pleasing dry, oaky, funk-ness to it all. Final pour clouds up the body.
