A: Grapefruit zest, light wood, with a moderate lingering sourness.
A: Golden color, clear with a moderate white head that has adequate retention. There is ample lacing left in the glass.
T: Grapefruit zest upfront, slightly bitter, light wood, with a moderate sharpness that’s accentuated by the grapefruit and gives the beer a particular zippy-ness.
M: Medium bodied with moderately light carbonation. The grapefruit gives the beer a brightness and pungent tartness without being acidic.
O: Very solid; the beer has an excellent grapefruit aroma and flavor without being acidic. The beer is refreshing and pretty easy to drink.
