A: Moderate Plum aroma upfront, lightly vinous, with a moderate lingering sourness.
A: Purple, almost deep brown color, clear but the color is so deep it appears hazy. There is a light dense white head that quickly recedes to a thin ring around the glass.
T: Bright, plums flavor, slightly vinous, with a moderate sourness that lingers through the finish.
M: Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. There is a moderately light, but pleasing acidity to the beer.
O: Tasty; the beer has solid plum aroma and flavor that is well complimented by the red wine barrel and lingering sourness.
