Shimmering burnt gold with a creamy collar.
Smell is bright oak, lemon, celery and some funky tree nuts.
Taste is softly tart yet still a touch sharp with a green funk flavor that is, again, kind of like celery, with apricot.
Smooth, slightly crisp, semi-dry--a nice, light way to start of a huge tasting.
