Embrace the opaque turkey stock! ...with a huge, thick topping of white froth leaving tons of cheetah lace.
Wow this one is really dank, pungent and spicy of hops, bringing notes of pine, lemon rind, wood, cracker and kiwi along with walnut and funky cheese. With some time I start getting a soft, funky wheat smell that reminds me of Gumballhead actually.
The slightly tart flavor of lemon gives way to an earthy, herbal tang of leafy greens. Then an acidic cocktail of hops and yeast pairs with an emerging oaky theme that wows me in that I'm reminded of Trillium. Maybe it is just the type of hop but it's very reminiscent of a Trillium IPA in this regard.
Frothy but lightly crisp with a dry finish.
I'm glad we decided to order this last pour, it was much better than the Cashmere.
