This was one of the "Live from the barrel" beers they had tapped when we visited.
Appearance is really cloudy brown-amber with a weird, bubbly blanket.
Smell is really fresh peach, complete with the fuzz, as well as spiced zucchini bread.
Taste is tart and bright, and not just peachy, but also has a strawberry gummy character on one end, with some sharp oak on the other.
Slick, medium bodied, with a stinging start to the swallow, but finishing round and semi-dry.
