Had on tap. Dark ruby red body with no head. There is a lot going on here in both smell and taste. In smell, lots of juicy and sour apricot, blackberry, raspberry, orange, lemon, wine, plum and bourbon. Taste has more influence from the barrels, giving the sour a solid backbone of bourbon and wine booze, oak, nuttiness, and some dark fruit to go with the tart fruits from smell. Really packs a heavy punch without being super acidic but very sour. Heavy handed in the feel, I like that it has some weight to it. Complex, tart, and powerful, nice work
