Poured from 12oz can into my BeerAdvocate Teku. Canned 2/27/20.
Appearance: bright red hue with a nearly crystal-clear body and a finger of frothy pink foam atop. The head doesn't stick around very long, but boy oh boy that color!
Smell: light maltiness, a light tartness, and a definite earthy hibiscus quality. I think it works well.
Taste: more tart than the aroma suggested, but not out of line for the style. I feel like the hibiscus is almost too-forward in the flavor, but overall it's not bad.
Mouthfeel: light body with a moderate carbonation and a decent creaminess.
Overall: I feel like the tartness is building on me as I sip this beer. This is an interesting, sharp sour ale, and I think it's growing on me.
