Oregon Summer is a berry red beer, clear, with a pink head. It's aroma is fruity with mild lavender, and a bit yeasty. The taste is lightly sour, with berries. The oak from the barrel aging is in the background. The lavender comes in on the finish, which I must say, I didn't like too much, but then I'm not big on lavender. YMMV. Overall, it's an interesting well made sour, as you'd expect from Cascade. If the flavor combo appeals to you, seek it out!
