"This light farmhouse ale was aged for three months in white port barrels that were previously used to age our Noyeaux. This is a nice crisp sour beer with a trace of influence from the Noyeaux."

L: shinny penny copper and cystal clear
S: pure Brett a nice tang and light funk
t:: for 2012 the bett / tang is restrained but well super tasty not very complex or seems one note for the age:
M: clean crisp nails it for the style
o: lucky to find it on draft and super tasty but with age I had a little higher expectations .
