In celebration of our 25th Anniversary, we proudly unveil a meticulously crafted cuvée, a tribute to the art of oak aging, our refined brewing process, and the current essence of our cellar. This special blend weaves together sour double red, quad, triple, and rye ales aged in diverse oak vessels, including Westward Whiskey, rum, rosé, wine barrels, and foudres, resulting in a complex masterpiece.
Skillfully balanced with subtle notes of star anise and cascara, this cuvée is our heartfelt expression of gratitude to friends, family, and patrons who've shared this remarkable journey over 25 years.
