Brilliant red colour with no head Great colour.
Rounded moderately tart cherry nose with some good funk. Nicely balanced.
Tart and sour with some good sour cherry notes. Mild funk.
Medium light body with moderately high carbonation. Solid.
A great sour ale with the true flavour of cherries coming through and then some good tartness. Nice.
