Poured a hazy but vivid straw yellow with a finger of bright white head. Aroma of tart lemon, peppery yeast, and wheat.

Moderate carbonation and a pleasantly light, ultra-creamy mouthfeel. Tart lemon and pear cider up front followed by a pleasant honey sweetness, a touch of yeasty spice, and a mild sour pucker on the tail end.

Busy flavors and but maintains a good balance; super easy-drinking. Really liked it!

on-tap bottleworks

appearance: 12oz pour in an unbranded tulip, hazy straw body, frothy off-white head with a creamy lace

smell: wheat, lemon zest, moderate tartness, white pepper and spice

taste: really nice - tart lemon, musty funk, lemongrass, wheat, touch of white pepper, a zippy yeast kick.

mouthfeel: creamy body, nice tartness

overall: another solid random tap from cascade

A: Poured a semi cludy pure yellowish color with a nice white cap

S: Plenty sour, lemon drops, light wheat, old hay and light funk

T: Immediate tart with big lemonhead type influence, about midway the pucker factor increases ans fresh lemon is intriduced, the wheat and aspects of a wit style are pretty beat up because the nature of a wit is light but it was still detectable. Some light wheat, booze sting and barnyard funk noticable but suppressed

M: Medium body, very tart and dry

O: Good beer!
