On draft at the Green Dragon, across the street from Cascade.
Half finger of white head. Clear, pale yellow body.
Some must, funk, just a trace of peat.
Well this is odd. It's peaty, but not smoky! Unfortunately, what's left is mostly corn... Fades fast on the finish. Not the Smoked and Oaked-esque beer I was hoping for.
Smooth feel, almost watery.
Underwhelming, especially considering the rest of Cascade's lineup, and easy to see why it's across the street instead of in their taproom.
