On tap at the Raccoon Lodge tonight.
A clear light golden with a beautiful, dense, off-white head that leaves sheets of lacing, this is a great-looking IPA. The nose is solid. Pronouncedly herbal and minty with moderate fruit - pine, citrus, kiwi, this is richly hopped but it does also have a grassiness I don't entirely care for. Malt sweetness is subdued, though a bready, doughy character, mildly stale, is noticeable. The palate is similar. Opening with a prominent bitterness along with a definite minty, Thai basil-like herbaceous flavor, this is noticeably hoppy. Fruity on the mid-palate along with some dough and warm bready malt character. Drying, bitter on the finish, this is decent.

on-tap poured into standard pint glass... pours quite clear straw lite colour... very thin off white head, very little retention and lacing.
taste is very crisp and clean lite citrus/pine... very light and refreshing for a IPA on the easy drinking side @ only 6.5% you could have quite a few of these. very glad I got to try this on-tap.
