Beer Dinner with Cascade Brewing

Nearly clear copper and auburn in color with a thin khaki colored head. Dots of stick down the glass.
Distinct red apple skin aroma, along with some grass, mild funk, and earth. Pleasant, but unexciting, especially when compared with Cascade's typically stellar lineup.
The flavor is similar to the aroma, with distinct notes of apple skin flavor, along with grass, and mild funk. I wish there was more of a juicy apple (juice) character, as opposed to more of an earthy/bitter skin flavor.
Medium bodied with moderate carbonation.
Unexciting, but interesting and enjoyable.
